MAC overviews may be presented at other related training sessions however, attendance of the mandatory MAC financial training is the only training that will grant the MAC Financial Contact full access to the online MAC financials.
Each MAC participating provider must designate a "Primary" MAC Financial Contact. HHSC strongly recommends that at least one "Secondary" MAC Financial Contact also be designated to ensure compliance should employee turnover occur.
