General Information
Licensed Day Activity and Health Services facilities provide daytime services, up to 10 hours per day, Monday through Friday, to individuals residing in the community. Services address physical, mental, medical and social needs.

Methodology/Rules
The Texas Day Activity and Health Services (DAHS) (program-specific) Reimbursement Methodology is located at Title 1 of the Texas Administrative Code, Part 15, Chapter 355, Subchapter G, Rule §355.6907. This rule section explains in detail how the DAHS payment rate is calculated.
Cost Determination Process Rules applicable to the DAHS program are located in Title 1 of the Texas Administrative Code, Part 15, Chapter 355, Subchapter A, Rules §§355.101-111.
Rules pertaining to the maintenance of contractor records for the DAHS program are located in Title 40 of the Texas Administrative Code, Part 1, Chapter 69, Subchapter K, Rule §69.158.
Rules pertaining to the Attendant Compensation Rate Enhancement are located at Title 1 of the Texas Administrative Code, Part 15, Chapter 355, SubChapter A, Rule 112.
