Mental Retardation Service Coordination
General Information
Mental Retardation Authorities (MRAs) provide MR Service Coordination to individuals in the DADS MR priority population in their local service area. MR Service Coordination funded by Medicaid is referred to as MR Targeted Case Management (TCM). The Mental Retardation Service Coordination (program-specific) Cost-Finding Methodology is located at Title 1 of the Texas Administrative Code, Part 15, Chapter 355, SubChapter F, Rule 746.
The fee schedules and any periodic adjustment(s) to the fee schedules are published in banner messages contained in provider Remittance and Status (R&S) reports, Medicaid Bulletin articles, web postings, provider manual, fee schedules or other provider notification.
