As part of the lawsuit Frew, et al. v. Suehs, et al., the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) agreed to implement strategic initiatives intended to improve access to medical and dental care, including preventive care, for Medicaid beneficiaries enrolled in Texas Health Steps. HHSC established a Frew Advisory Committee to advise HHSC on which projects to fund and on the evaluation of approved initiatives.
Public stakeholders are welcome to attend at the location posted on this agenda. Frew Advisory Committee Members may attend via teleconference.
