Videoconferenced Public Hearing.  The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) will conduct a public hearing by videoconference to receive comment on the Health and Human Services (HHS) System Draft Strategic Plan for 2013-2017, which covers the provision of health and human services in Texas. 

This plan includes the HHS Coordinated Strategic Plan, required every two years by the Texas Government Code, Section 531.022, and the five HHS agencies’ strategic plans, required by the Texas Government Code, Chapter 2056.  Representatives will attend from the HHS agencies listed here:

• The Health and Human Services Commission
• The Department of Aging and Disability Services
• The Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services
• The Department of Family and Protective Services
• The Department of State Health Services

Draft Strategic Plan. Written Comments.
