	*TIFI Financing Field Guide* This is a guide for community providers designed to assist them in evaluating the critical factors and potential strategies to finance a local system of care in Texas to serve the needs of children and adolescents with, or at risk of, serious emotional disturbance and their families. This tool has been developed through collaborative partners within the Texas Integrated Funding Initiative (TIFI) and includes state child-serving agencies and family and youth partners. This guide also provides information on current federal and state funding streams, including several examples of national and state promising practices, and recommendations for consideration when implementing a financing infrastructure within community that supports policies and practices of system of care and wraparound approaches. A Report to the Governor and the 82nd Legislature on Community Resource Coordination Groups of Texas Fiscal Year 2008/2009 The report to the legislature and Executive Summary provide information on the CRCG process and working structure, data collection, coordination and collaboration with other interagency initiatives, statewide challenges, and CRCG plans for the future.
CRCG Program Evaluation - 1999 CRCG Program Evaluation Executive Summary CRCG Program Evaluation The State CRCG Team sponsored an independent evaluation study from the University of Texas Center for Social Work to determine if CRCGs for Children and Youth are meeting their legislative charge.
Evaluation of the Pilot Community Resource Coordination Groups for Adults (CRCGAs) of Texas - 2000 CRCGA Program Evaluation Executive Summary CRCGA Program Evaluation Recommendations for Adult CRCGs The State Team sponsored doctoral students of University of Texas A&M to develop this report. The report details the benefits and challenges of implementing a CRCG system that targets the adult population.
