The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) announces the issuance of Request for Proposal (RFP) # 529-12-0070 for the HHSC Equipment Maintenance Management Program.   HHSC seeks services to provide a consolidated equipment maintenance management program (EMMP) of an identified equipment portfolio.
