The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) announces tentative contract awards for the HHSC Medicaid and CHIP Managed Care Services RFP # 529-12-0002, to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and Sendero Health Plans for STAR and CHIP services in the Travis Service Area. This award is contingent upon the successful negotiation and execution of a contract. In the event negotiations are unsuccessful, HHSC may initiate negotiations with the next successful vendor or vendors. |

The State of Texas, by and through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), is soliciting competitive proposals for managed care services for recipients who participate in the following managed care programs:
