Purpose
The Telemedicine Advisory Committee (TAC) is a state-mandated advisory committee, which assists the Health and Human Services Commission in evaluating telemedicine policies; ensuring the efficient and consistent development and use of telemedicine services reimbursed under government-funded health programs; monitoring the type of programs receiving telemedicine reimbursement; and coordinating the activities of state agencies related to telemedicine.
