Integrated Care Management Advisory Committee

The Statewide Integrated Care Management Advisory Committee was established under House Bill 1771 of the 79th Legislature, Regular Session, 2005.

The purpose of the committee is to assist the Health and Human Services Commission in the development and implementation of the integrated care management (ICM) model to serve the aged/blind/disabled populations in certain service delivery areas across the state. The committee will be responsible for soliciting input from consumers, providers and other interested stakeholders. The direction provided by the committee will provide the basis for request for proposals associated with the ICM model.

The committee is composed of 10 regular members and two ex-officio members:
