New Medicaid TPR Rules

The administrative codes governing the Medicaid Third Party Recovery (TPR) operations has been revised effective April 30, 1999. The new rules contain a number of significant changes. Two of the major changes related to tort recovery involve the submittal of "informational claims" and provider TPR refunds going to a new address (P.O. Box 12196, Austin, Texas 78711-2196).
